When you start Chapter 2-1 you will be in the garage with two Humvees, many crates broke, and machine guns. Taking useful items including machine guns and at the end of the game select 'Yes' to overwrite your current equipment. Then in the 'Main' to continue the game and you'll see that you get your item. From here you can sell machine guns back for quick money and repeat the process just now.Doing this is an easy way to help upgrade your weapons at the beginning of the game and max out your ammo.

Grenade Launcher Duplication

Glitch level
When playing online with someone, make sure that you are at a higher level than what you are in the Single Player game. If you decide intentionally or not (it works by accident for you), when you play Single Player you will be at the right level you play at, therefore skip the rest.
